RDU Airport, NC – Passengers flying through Raleigh-Durham International Airport’s Terminal 1 now have two new dining choices. Starbucks and Red Star Lounge are now open near Gate A24.
The restaurants add dining options for passengers in Terminal 1, which is home to AirTran Airways and Southwest Airlines. Starbucks and Red Star Lounge are operated by Anton-JQ RDU Joint Venture, which oversees the restaurant operations in Terminal 1.
“As Terminal 1 undergoes a major renovation, we knew we needed additional food and beverage options for our passengers,” said Ingrid Hairston, business development officer. “Coffee and casual dining are two very popular requests in airports, and we are excited that Anton-JQ was able to deliver great concepts for us.”
