RDU Airport, NC – Travelers flying through Raleigh-Durham International Airport on Thursday, Dec. 23 are invited to celebrate the holiday season with events and sales hosted by The Shops of RDU.

Events include live music, visits with Santa Claus, roaming carolers and the opportunity to have free caricatures made by a local artist. Customers will also receive coupons for discounts at The Shops of RDU.

Travelers may also support the troops at RDU this holiday season. Donation collection boxes for the USO of North Carolina are located near the registers in most Shops of RDU locations. The USO will staff gift wrapping stations available post-security in Terminal 2 to wrap holiday presents after they’ve cleared the checkpoint. Donations help the USO care for military members and their families as they travel through RDU.
