RDU Airport, NC – Travelers flying through Raleigh-Durham International Airport on Friday, Dec. 18 are invited to celebrate the holiday season with events and sales hosted by The Shops of RDU.

Events on Friday include live music, book signings, other activities and special offers from The Shops of RDU. Travelers can have their children visit Santa Claus, hear carolers and have caricatures made. For a complete list of events and promotions, click here.

Customers also have the opportunity to receive a RDU tote bag by spending $20 in one of The Shops of RDU. Retail locations will offer tote bags and restaurants will offer insulated bags from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. in Terminal 1 and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Terminal 2, while supplies last.

Travelers may also support the troops at RDU this holiday season. Donation collection boxes for the USO of North Carolina are located near the registers in most Shops of RDU locations. Gifts help the USO at RDU care for military members and their families as they travel through the airport.
