Passengers Encouraged to Arrive Early to Navigate Airport Traffic

Road construction and closures are planned for May 17 – 19 on the campus of Raleigh-Durham International Airport. The left lanes on inbound John Brantley Blvd. will be closed beginning Friday at 9 p.m. and ending on Sunday at 3 p.m.

Passengers are encouraged to arrive two hours early for domestic flights and three hours early for international flights to ensure they can park, get through security and get to their gates on time. The construction is part of RDU’s Refresh program to improve infrastructure on campus.
