BermudAir Will Connect the Research Triangle to the Bermuda Triangle

Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) announced a new international route Thursday, with BermudAir scheduled to begin nonstop flights from the Research Triangle region to the vibrant culture, beaches and golf courses of Bermuda.

“We are proud to welcome Bermuda to the growing list of international destinations at RDU,” said Michael Landguth, president and CEO of the Raleigh-Durham Airport Authority. “The new BermudAir service will offer North Carolina travellers an exciting option for an island getaway and allow Bermudians to explore the incredible experiences that make the Raleigh-Durham region a top destination.”

The Bermuda route will operate on Fridays and Mondays starting April 11, conveniently connecting the two triangles in just over two hours. Tickets are on sale now.

“We’re thrilled to bridge Bermuda with the energy of North Carolina’s Triangle region, offering convenient travel options for students, families, and professionals alike,” says Adam Scott, CEO & Founder of BermudAir. “This connection represents a unique opportunity to bring the best of Bermuda to a thriving area, and to welcome North Carolinians to our beautiful pink-sand shores.”

BerdmudAir is the fourth international airline to launch or announce new service at RDU in 2024. The airport serves 10 destinations outside the U.S., offering the region more travel options than ever before.
