Midwest Express Airlines Moves to Terminal A, Operates as Skyway

RDU Airport, NC – Effective December 13, Midwest Express Airlines will relocate from Terminal C to Terminal A and will be listed as Skyway Airlines. The Skyway ticket counter will be located in Terminal A with United Express/Skyway/Air Canada. The airline will use Terminal A gates 10 and 11.

Beginning January 31, Skyway will offer a third daily roundtrip between Milwaukee and RDU each weekday. Service will be provided on a Fairchild Aerospace 328JET aircraft, which has 32 reclining leather seats. With the addition of the third flight, Skyway will offer the same total seat capacity that was previously offered on Midwest Express’ larger aircraft.

Midwest Express Airlines provides primarily nonstop service to major destinations throughout the United States. Astral Aviation, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, operates Skyway Airlines. Together, the airlines fly to 47 cities.
