RDU AIRPORT, N.C. – Flights are getting back to normal at Raleigh-Durham International Airport. A total of 112 flights were canceled today due to winter weather. Each day, 400 arrivals and departures operate from RDU.
As of 3:30 p.m. the airport was experiencing some delays and a handful of cancellations.
Crews at RDU will monitor the runways, taxiways and roadways overnight and will treat them as needed.
Inclement weather here and in other parts of the country may continue to impact flights, so passengers are encouraged to check the status of their flight by going to www.rdu.com.
