Phase II

What’s ahead in Phase II?

  • A large central atrium
  • One additional ticketing island
  • An expanded checkpoint area
  • Additional shops and restaurants
  • A new concourse with 17 gates

Pre-security
The second phase of Terminal 2 will feature:

  • A large central atrium that will allow natural light to penetrate to the baggage claim level
  • Two works of art
  • A new ticketing lobby

  • A signature mast and canopy outside, covering the roadway to provide protection from the elements as passengers walk from the parking garage

Security Checkpoint
When Terminal 2 is completed, three additional security checkpoint lanes will be added. The space will also feature a permanent domestic arrivals corridor with an 85-foot art mural. In addition, there will be an expanded meet-and-greet location with a large seating area.
