The Future
At a cost of $570 million, Terminal 2 is a project more than 20 years in the making. While the first half opened in 2008, more is still to come.
When complete in 2011, the building will:
- Span more than 920,000 square feet
- Include 36 gates
- Accommodate more than 11 million passengers per year
Phase Two will feature:
- 17 additional gates
- A grand central atrium
- Additional security checkpoint lanes
- 16 shops and restaurants
- Three stunning pieces of art
