MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Graduation from high school with courses in accounting or bookkeeping with some experience in parking operations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough knowledge of computer and spreadsheet operations and of parking hardware and software; working knowledge of revenue controls and procedures governing the operation of the public parking lot; basic knowledge of the procedures for auditing a public parking lot; skills in handling cash; ability to understand, assess, research and investigate discrepancies in the parking operation; ability to use a calculator and a computer for the maintenance of audit records; ability to make arithmetic computations accurately and with reasonable speed; ability to maintain accurate records and prepare audit reports; ability to verify accounting and other financial documents and forms for accuracy and completeness; ability to maintain a comprehensive filing system; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with the personnel in the Audit Department and Finance Department; ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms.

SPECIAL NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS: Must meet security background investigation requirements as required by the Transportation Security Administration. Possession of a valid North Carolina driver's license.

POSITION DUTIES: Counts the daily parking revenue, reconciles cash counted to individual cashier reports, and prepares the bank deposit slip for parking revenue on a daily basis. Meet daily with the Parking Operations Manager to discuss findings and concerns. Sorts and organizes reports, schedules, and tickets according to date, shift, and booth designation; examines exception tickets and other transactions that are out of the ordinary, and brings suspicious transactions to the manager's attention; reviews, records, and reconciles daily activities of parking department; enters data from reports and schedules into spreadsheets; prepares spreadsheets and tracks suspicious transactions by cashier to determine if trends develop; maintains change safe for use in Pay on Foot machines; prepares change vaults for the POF machines; goes to terminal areas and puts in new change vaults; prepares deposit of funds in machines; performs minor machine service. Performs related duties as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a bachelor's degree in information systems, network administration, computer science, or related field and considerable experience in computer operations or data processing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Current Microsoft Certified Engineer (MSCE) Certification or ability to complete an MCSE is desired. POSITION DUTIES: Supervises and assists in server/desktop/hardware system builds, ghosting and user profile building to assist Service Technician group in system deployments; leads installations of server hardware devices on the computer system/network and performs preventative maintenance on these devices, assisting in installations of new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches; troubleshoots and resolves equipment and network failures and resolves software related problems; supervises Microsoft Active Directory installation, management, and troubleshooting as well as Microsoft Exchange 2003 support; supervises and executes SAN-based Enterprise Backup System to include processes and procedures by designing processes for maintaining data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity; supervises and executes Disaster Recovery processes and procedures ensuring Business Continuity; good working knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, DHCP, DNS and SMTP; supports operation of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and interaction with MS-SQL technologies; supervises implementation and supports in-house and hosted server applications; designs systems documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); works with ISSI Manager to ensure that system security concerns are reviewed for consolidations, central security policy management, configuration management, user and/or profile identity/authentication management; ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions to include processes to monitor, maintain, support, and optimize networked software and associated operating systems using tools like the Solarwinds Network Management System; Leads design and integration of new systems and applications into day-to-day operations to include integration into platforms such as IBM's Websphere; applies proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments; works with Security Analyst in Policy and Procedures Group to audit system scans for compliance to regulatory requirements and designing systems that ensure availability of access while integrating security aspects to maintain system integrity to include, process for creating user accounts and maintaining security levels on databases; facilitates technical coordination with Oracle DBA contractor; leads design and integration of new systems and applications into day-to-day operations; supervises processes of communication with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) / Vendor and software and hardware vendors to troubleshoot system application and hardware errors to resolution; leads team to analyze and resolve problems associated with server hardware Windows and UNIX , applications software; Monitors existing server usage, ensuring proper working order to provide solutions to operational or user related problems; reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems; consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives; works as directed in the continual effort to employ effectively emerging technologies in support of Airport Systems; works with all levels of organization in the analysis of computing needs; engages in the continual maintenance and support of production systems; engages in the appropriate testing of computer systems and implementation of new systems. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: One year experience as law enforcement officer preferred; graduation from high school/GED; Must be currently enrolled in a North Carolina BLET program, a recent BLET graduate, or hold a sworn officer certification either in North Carolina or in a reciprocal state including any equivalent combination of experience or coursework in related area which provides the following: knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and ordinances, Airport/FAA rules and regulations; ability to deal firmly and courteously with the public, react quickly and courageously in emergencies; meet specific physical requirements and work under adverse weather conditions; establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form.

SPECIAL NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS: U.S. citizenship must be 21 year of age; valid driver's license, present a copy of social security card; must pass a security background check, drug test and written exam. As a part of the hiring process qualified applicants will be required to take and pass a written examination and participate in a physical agility screening assessment.

POSITION DUTIES: Patrols terminals to ensure property is secure; monitors traffic; enforces parking ordinances; investigates traffic accidents; engages in crowd control; investigates and make written reports; and performs other duties as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Part-time law enforcement officer candidate must posses a minimum of 5 years law enforcement experience, and must be currently employed by a recognized public law enforcement agency and meet the North Carolina law enforcement officer certification standards required for employment by the Authority. That employment must meet the criteria for primary employment set forth by the U.S Department of Labor. Or, the candidate must be retired in good standing from a recognized public law enforcement agency in North Carolina and maintain eligibility for police officer certification.

SPECIAL NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS: Fulfill the duties of a sworn law enforcement officer serving the Authority with primary assignment to the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security screening checkpoints, and at other locations or situations as deemed appropriate by the Chief of Police. They are expected to serve customers and employees with respect, fairness, and compassion, be committed to ensuring public safety and aviation security, preventing crime and protecting life and property.

POSITION DUTIES: This person is considered a part-time employee who works irregular shifts, fewer than 1,000 hours during any calendar year, is ineligible for any paid or unpaid leaves of absence (vacation, sick or holiday leave, etc.) or other fringe benefits with the exception of those mandated by law (Social Security/Medicare, FICA).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration. Must possess a valid certificate, Certified Public Accountant or Certified Internal Auditor license. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, policies and procedures including GAAP, GASB and FASB as well as auditing standards and procedures such as GAAS; knowledge of internal control systems and The Institute of Internal Auditors’ International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Audit; ability to communicate complex issues and recommendations in a clear and concise manner both orally and in writing to audited party representatives, Authority staff and Authority management; must possess the ability to maintain impartiality; must possess the ability to make sound projections; good knowledge of computer operations and experience using Microsoft Windows XP, Excel and Outlook. POSITION DUTIES: Plan small, medium and large audit engagements. Supervise an audit team; Must gather, organize and analyze fiscal data and operating procedures of routine complexity; reviews established and proposed control systems to ensure compliance with best practices, management policies and procedures, laws and regulations; participates in process improvement to provide added value to the organization; makes audit recommendations that help ensure proper revenue collections, enhance financial controls and contribute to cost saving measures; participates in investigations of fraud or illegal activities by organization staff and outside entities and comply with appropriate reporting requirements; establish and maintain working relationships with tenants and departmental staff and management; write narrative reports using standard English grammar. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA in computer science or related field. Minimum five years experience working in and supervising management of technology in a networked environment. Current CCNA is required. CCNP or the ability to obtain is desirable. Ability to provide high quality customer service and support. POSITION DUTIES: Leads in the administration of the communications network within the organization; provides network support to other sections within I.S to help them accomplish their mission. Responsible for implementing and monitoring all security and policies via firewall administration and IPS services. Provides input into disaster recovery planning and testing related to networking components; supervises in troubleshooting efforts and resolves network problems, including all Layer 1,2, &3 issues; leads the deployment of the Authority’s Network Management / Monitoring system; leads in research, evaluation, and integration of new networking technologies and services; designs and supports all network related projects including capital project initiatives; responsible for all technical aspects of the organization’s VoIP systems; lead for SmartNet, TAC, and any other network support maintenance programs; develops and designs the network / VoIP portions of enhanced tenant service offerings; writes and implements procedures for network change control and produces reports; evaluates and performs capacity planning functions related to the telecommunication network infrastructure; oversees security audits and implements audit recommendations; communicates with internal and external consumers including middle and upper management, as appropriate, in order to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and technical network support; monitors organizational development projects to ensure consistency and satisfaction of technical interface requirements for existing network infrastructure; demonstrates broad technical knowledge, and is able to advise as well as help define strategic direction for the company; professionally represents the company from a technical perspective at peer reviews, conferences, and industry related meetings; translates business/functional system requirements into clear and concise instructions for self and other staff.
